Notwithstanding anything in your agreement with your supplier: (a) Teletrac Navman takes no guarantees for a connection, transmission, security or results of use of information provided in connection with the software (or are not provided). The availability or accuracy of information provided by the software may be disrupted/compromised from time to time as a result of events such as satellite signal disruptions, unavailability of mobile phone services, disruptions to the Internet or Teletrac Navman servers, and computer outages, worms or viruses. Teletrac Navman will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such disruptions or service deteriorations on the customer, but will not be responsible for service interruptions or outages. (b) To the extent that Teletrac Navman provides access to information from other sources or if the customer includes other sources of information in the use of the Software, Teletrac Navman disclaims any responsibility for this information, its content, its quality or its subsequent dissemination, explicitly or tacitly. (c) To the extent that Teletrac Navman provides hyperlinks to websites operated by others, Teletrac Navman assumes no responsibility or guarantees regarding these sites. (d) When the Third Party Data Integration Software (Third Party Integration Software, TPDIS) contains data integration software, ensures that the customer has the necessary consent and authority of the third party concerned to allow Teletrac Navman to access and integrate data from the relevant third-party systems without restriction, and recognizes that the information displayed depends on the existence and access to TPDIS systems that can or are available at any time. The customer grants Teletrac Navman a license to use all the data contained in the ICT. (e) the customer is responsible for any use of the Software, including all usernames or passwords registered by the customer or assigned to the customer, and the customer is responsible for protecting and protecting his usernames and passwords from unauthorized use.
